How Can We Help?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully checked in and processed. Once your return has been processed you will be notified via email.
In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please fill out this form with your order information and we will send you a return label for a replacement.
To return an item, please fill out this form with your contact information and the reason for the return. If within our return policy, we will send you a UPS return label within 1-3 business days of receiving your form. You must fill out the online form within 21 days of receiving the item in order for the return to be processed.
In the unlikely circumstance that you have received an item you did not order, please email us at info@strawberryparis.com with a photo of the item you received so we can resolve this for you!
You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. We will send you a return label via UPS. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund.
Upon receipt of the returned items, they will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above. Once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original and/or return shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded to that same gift card and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase.
We try to process refunds as soon as they are received, but please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalized and you will be refunded through Shopify within 10 business days of clearing your return.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, or just need a different size and need to exchange, we are happy to accommodate. Indicate your preference when you fill out the Returns Form here. If the piece you're exchanging is unavailable, your purchase will be automatically refunded through Shopify. Email info@strawberryparis.com for more details regarding your exchange.
